Only certified food-grade polymer is used for JACKY Bins, and all our polymers contain a high-grade UV stabilizer package to prevent degradation when used outdoors. By utilizing the translucent properties of Linear Low-Density Polyethylene, it's easy to assess remaining stock levels inside a JACKY Bin without having to add vertical sight glasses or any other level assessment devices. The metal components are manufactured from stainless steel, and the slide gate is a chunky 12mm high-density polyethylene sheet. This slide gate is rigid, with little friction, allowing for easy use for years to come. The resistance of the slide gate can be adjusted; when loosened, the slide gate will close under its own weight, when tightened, the slide gate will stay open without human assistance. ## The support frame of a JACKY® Bin is constructed from high-quality virgin steel to provide a sturdy, heavy-duty stillage to house the bin. The addition of forklift pockets means the bin can be safely moved around your facility and lifted on/off storage racks as necessary. A quality, powder-coated finish ensures that your investment remains free of rust and is easy to clean. ## All JACKY® Bins are individually serial numbered and have a maximum safe working load of 1,200kg (2,645lb). Some JACKY Bins are suitable for stacking when full. Please contact us for more information. ## The addition of a mobility kit to your JACKY® Bin allows you to easily move the bin by hand. Industrial-quality castors are selected for this application, and the inclusion of two-braked castors ensures you can safely position the JACKY Bin and lock it in place.
